We will issue a refund for your purchase. However, initial shipping fees are non-refundable for customers outside the EU, and the cost of returning the items is your responsibility. We advise using a traceable shipping method with signature confirmation to ensure the safe arrival of your return. Before sending anything back, please reach out to us through our website's chat for the correct return address, as items should not be returned to the factory or originating warehouse.

For a return to be processed, the item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags and protective seals intact. Initiate the return process by contacting us through the chat on our website for the necessary return details and address. The cost of return shipping falls on you. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund, which might take a few days to reflect in your account depending on your bank and the timing within the month.

Duties and taxes on returns.

Regarding duties and taxes on returns, if you're sending back an item on which you've paid taxes and duties, you might be eligible for a refund of those charges. Check with your local customs office for the procedure to claim this relief. When returning the item, ensure to complete the necessary customs declaration as per your chosen courier's requirements. This documentation might be required by your local authorities to process your tax refund. Please note that we cannot assist in filling out these forms.


Damages and issues. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, inspect it immediately upon delivery. Note any damages with the delivery personnel and contact us right away through the website's support chat. This is crucial for timely addressing of defective or incorrect items. Delayed reports might lead to difficulties in attributing the issue to manufacturing or shipping rather than improper use. It's particularly important to check your items promptly, especially if the package will be received by someone else or stored for later use. Should you find any problems with your items, document them with detailed photos and videos and send these to us. We aim to resolve issues swiftly, preferring to replace faulty parts rather than have you return the entire product, as this is often a quicker and less costly solution.

Please note that while our electronics come with a one-year warranty, the nature of dueling with sabers means we cannot cover later damages to the blade or hilt. Ensure to inspect all components upon receipt.


Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy includes a 7% fee on approved cancellations to cover various non-refundable costs we incur. Cancellations are possible only if the order has not yet entered the production phase, typically within the first 48 hours. Cancellations beyond this point are subject to specific conditions, including a potential additional 3% fee, depending on whether the order can be reassigned immediately. If your product has already been shipped or we cannot allocate your order to another customer, cancellation is not possible, and you will need to proceed with the return process upon receipt. Please accept the delivery to avoid significant fees and contact us for the appropriate return instructions.
